I ordered this as a gift and the whole delivery experience was really frustrating. The estimated date kept getting pushed back, tracking barely changed for days, and by the time it finally arrived, it was too late to actually give it. Customer service did respond, but it didn’t fix anything or make the package arrive any sooner. Maybe the item itself is fine, but the late delivery kind of ruined the whole thing for me. I wouldn’t risk ordering again if I needed something by a specific date...

I really liked this bracelet when it first arrived, it looked and felt like a cute little addition to my outfits. As someone who wears bracelets almost every day, I was hoping it would hold up a bit better. After a few weeks, the clasp started feeling loose and the color began fading. It’s not terrible, but I expected it to last longer

I got this as a birthday gift for my sister, and it arrived in good shape. It’s cute and simple, and she seemed to really like it. I’d say it’s a nice option if you’re looking for a small, thoughtful gift.
